The rules of using AdaptLoop for AI-powered storytelling.

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of AdaptLoop. By creating an account you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

2. Accounts & security

• Provide accurate registration info and keep credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity occurring under your account.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access at spencer@foundra.ai.

3. Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
• Fees are billed in advance and non-refundable except where required by law.
• Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. We may suspend service for unpaid invoices.

4. Acceptable use

• No illegal, infringing, or abusive content.
• No attempts to copy, reverse engineer, or disrupt AdaptLoop infrastructure.
• No uploading sensitive personal data unless you have a lawful basis and consent.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you submit. AdaptLoop owns the platform, UI, and software. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service during your subscription. Generated case studies belong to you, subject to third-party rights.

6. Confidentiality & data protection

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data and only process it to deliver the services. Each party will keep the other party's confidential information secure and only disclose it to personnel who need to know it for the contract.

7. Warranties & disclaimers

We provide AdaptLoop “as is” except that we warrant it will materially conform to the documentation. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time via the billing page, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the term. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or failure to pay fees. Upon termination you may export your content for 30 days.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict of law rules. The parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
