Cookie categories

Strictly necessary: Required to keep you signed in, secure sessions, and deliver core product functionality. These cannot be turned off.
Performance & diagnostics: Lightweight telemetry that helps us monitor uptime and errors. Stored only while you are actively using the app.
Analytics: PostHog analytics that help us understand aggregate usage so we can improve AdaptLoop. Disabled by default for visitors from the EU/UK until you opt in.

Managing consent

You can update your preferences at any time using the “Manage cookies” link in the site footer or directly from the in-product cookie banner. Your selections are stored locally in your browser for 12 months. If you clear cookies you will be asked again.

Third-party cookies

PostHog (analytics), Stripe (billing), and Supabase (authentication) may set their own cookies to deliver services you request. We contractually require each provider to follow GDPR, maintain SOC 2 controls, and honor Standard Contractual Clauses for data transfers.
