Who we are

AdaptLoop is an AI-powered storytelling platform operated by Foundra LLC dba AdaptLoop, a Wyoming company based in Sheridan. We act as the data controller for customer data processed through our marketing site and product. You can reach our privacy team any time at spencer@foundra.ai.

Data we collect

• Account data: name, work email, password hash, team metadata, and billing contact information.
• Product data: case studies, brand assets, uploaded media, AI prompts, and collaboration comments you choose to store in AdaptLoop.
• Support and feedback: information sent through chat, email, or in-product surveys.
• Usage & diagnostics: device, browser, and aggregate feature usage captured via privacy-friendly analytics. Analytics only run after you grant consent.

How we use data

• Provide and secure the AdaptLoop application you signed up for.
• Generate AI outputs requested by authenticated users.
• Deliver product updates, billing notices, and critical service announcements.
• Improve product quality through aggregated, de-identified analytics.
• Comply with applicable law, court orders, and enforcement actions.

Legal basis

We process personal data under the GDPR on the basis of contract (providing the services you request), legitimate interest (product safety, fraud prevention, anonymized analytics), and consent (marketing communications and optional analytics cookies). When we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time in the cookie settings or by emailing us.

Data retention & deletion

Customer content is retained for the life of the account unless you delete it manually or ask us to remove it. When an account is terminated we purge associated case studies, design assets, and backups within 30 days. Logs and billing records may be retained longer when required by law.

Your rights

• Access, correct, or export personal data stored in AdaptLoop.
• Delete your account or request deletion of specific content.
• Object to certain processing or withdraw consent without penalty.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Subprocessors & transfers

AdaptLoop uses vetted infrastructure and AI partners (Vercel, Supabase, OpenAI, Anthropic, Stripe, and PostHog). All vendors sign Data Processing Agreements with Standard Contractual Clauses to cover transfers outside the EEA or UK.

Data subject requests

Submit DSARs to spencer@foundra.ai. We verify ownership via email and respond within 30 days. You may also manage cookies and analytics consent from the cookie settings page.
